You can place orders via telephone, fax, mail or internet. Please always quote your full name and address as well as the delivery address if it is different from your home address, and your telephone number in case of any question.
If you already have a customer number, please let us know as this will speed up the process, and note it clearly. If you have any further question, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The minimum order volume for deliveries outside of Germany is 50.- EUR

The delivery will be effected by UPS or another reliable carrier.

Deliveries abroad:
Please see Shipping Costs for a table of typical freight charges.
For deliveries to all other countries, we will charge you with the accruing freight costs. Should you need further information on this point, just send us an email stating your required articles and we will let you know the exact amount of freight costs.

Regarding deliveries in Non-EU countries such as Switzerland, Norway, etc., we will only charge you with the net price. The VAT of your country will be charged by UPS when delivering your parcel. In case you receive your delivery in Germany, but then you export the goods in a Non-EU country, you have the possibility of receiving back the German VAT (19%) by returning the original custom documents, which you will receive at the border when making the custom clearance, to us. We will send you a cheque or make a money transfer for the relevant amount.

Deliveries within Germany:
Freight costs within Germany are € 15,00, for smaller items up to 3 kg and neoprene articles € 5,00. Delivery will be free of charge for 2 sails or a total order amount of more than € 500,00 (except boards). For articles to be sent later due to unavailability, there will be no additional freight costs.
If you want to pay via Cash on Delivery, an extra fee of 5,00 Euro will be charged.

The prices quoted in our Online Shop are including German VAT (19%).

For payment of your online order, you can choose between payment via credit card (VISA or Mastercard), Cash on delivery (possible within EU countries except Greece, in Norway and Switzerland) or payment in advance on our bank account. Should you require a payment in advance, please contact us and we will issue a Proforma Invoice.

In case of payment with credit card, we ask you to state the complete number of the card (16 numbers), the expiry date, the owner of the card and the card verification number, which is on the backside of your card in the signature field, the last three digits.
We will charge the invoice amount before despatching the goods.

For a payment "Cash on delivery" a surcharge of 15.- EUR will be priced.

You can return every article within 2 weeks after receipt and we will refund the selling price on condition that the article is as originally packed and undamaged. The customer will bear the freight costs of the return of articles.

Should the article show defectives in material or production, we ask you to notify us about this immediately, whereas probable transport damages should be notified immediately to the driver. Please return these faulty goods back to us including a brief note describing the problem for us. Please contact us before returning bulky articles in order to find the most favourable way of sending it back. Please understand we will not accept receipt of goods that are not prepaid carriage.

In case of an exchange, Gun Sails will bear the costs of the new delivery.

We reserve the right to make technical alterations for improvement of products and quality, without prior notice. There could be minimal differences in colour due to the graphic representation on the screen.
